How placement works

Register
Come to your nearest RiseUp office with your documents. Registration puts you in our regional pool — the first place we look when clients need people.

Vetting & induction
We verify your documents and references, and complete your written contract before your first shift. You'll know your rate, your site and your shift pattern up front.

Placement & payroll
You're matched to shifts at operations near you. Hours worked flow straight into payroll — correct rate, correct deductions, payslip every cycle.
No fees — ever
RiseUp never charges workers to register or to be placed. If anyone asks you for money in RiseUp's name, report it to info@riseupgroup.co.za.

Pre-shift line-up — placed, inducted, on time.

Adverts close on their listed dates. No advert that fits? Register anyway — most placements come from our pools, not adverts.

Most of our placements never reach an advert — they come from registered pools. Register at your nearest office below and you'll be considered as shifts open up.
What to bring
- South African ID or valid work permit
- Proof of address
- Bank account details (for wages)
- Qualifications and certificates (forklift, food handling, trade tickets — whatever you have)
- Names and numbers of two work references
