Why it exists
Built for a real need, not a brochure.
Training claims are easy to make and hard to verify — which is why accreditation matters. RiseUp College has operated since 2015 as an accredited skills-development provider, with Wholesale & Retail SETA accreditation and collaboration with the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) behind its qualifications and certifications.
Inside the group, the college does two jobs. It develops the workforce RiseUp deploys — inductions, compliance training, role skills — so clients receive people who are ready, not just present. And it runs accredited programmes and learnerships for client organisations, turning skills-development obligations into actual capability on the floor.

Structured correctly, yes — learnerships and skills programmes contribute to the skills-development element. The college works with RiseUp B-BBEE so the training you fund shows up where it should.
Can training be delivered on our site?
Programme delivery is planned around the operation — including on-site delivery where facilities allow — because pulling a shift workforce off-site for training defeats the point.
